Anabolic phase of exercise

The term “anabolic exercise” is essentially synonymous with “strength training.” To build muscle tissue, you must first overload the muscle or muscle group of interest and then allow the relevant hormones, such as growth hormone and testosterone, to do their job while you rest between workouts.

  1. I notice after I do Power Plate exercises I need to rest from the routine as they recommend in the itinerary and instructions; resting never made sense that it would do any good until you explained it.
    There really are no shortcuts to building up your strength even on a busy schedule.
